PROCEDURE DETAILS
Patient scheduled a consultation to see Dr. Nikko for a breast lift with breast implants. Patient was unhappy with the saggy appearance of her breasts and desired to restore her breasts to what they looked like pre kids. The patient was looking to achieve a more youthful shape, perky and medium cleavage. She had no history of a previous augmentation. She had multiple children and presented no plans for more. She wore approximately a B cup bra in most bra styles. The after pictures are taken three months post from breast lift (mastopexy) and augmentation.
POST: She had a quick recovery, and was able to returned to all her lifestyle activities.
PROCEDURE: Bilateral mastopexy with silicone implants, Allergan, smooth round, moderate to high profile. Wise pattern scar to improve nipple position and breast shape.
