Patient Case Study by Dr. Anthony Nikko: Patient came to have a consultation with Dr. Nikko. This patient had some sagging to her breast and was looking to improve her breasts by having a Breast Lift with Implants. The patient’s desires were to enhanced the volume in her breasts and side boob. She was looking for that extra enhancement to help her to look and feel more confident with fullness at the top and bottom of her breasts. Dr. Nikko encouraged the patient to go with the new Natrelle inspira cohesive silicone gel implants. The gummy cohesive gel sticks together and holds true to it’s shape and prevents rippling. Patient was currently a B cup size and wanted to be a full C – D bra size. Dr. Nikko chose the Moderate to High Profile Silicone Allergan implants to achieve her desired looks. Downtime: Patient had minimal downtime. The patient enjoys working out 3x a week plus running. She was able to return to work after a long weekend. After two weeks post procedure she was able to work out and go back to her daily lifestyle. It took 1 month until she could long distance run.
