This patient has a very petite body frame and minimal breast tissue. Even though silicone implants have less rippling than saline implants, rippling can still occur in very thin individuals. We opted for the Soft Touch silicone implants from Allergan. These implants are more cohesive and have a less likely chance of rippling. We placed the 285cc Soft Touch implants in the total submuscular pocket, which gave her exactly what she wanted, which are soft natural appearing, and feeling breasts.
