A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve your surgery date. The remaining balance is due at the pre-operative visit or a minimum of two weeks prior to surgery. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, cashier checks, and credit cards. Patient finance plans with affordable monthly payments are also available.
