Part-Time Surgical Technician
Nikko Cosmetic Surgery Center is currently seeking an experienced Surgical Technician!
Relevant Work Experience: at least 1 year
Job Status: Part-Time with potential for a Full-Time position
Front Desk Coordinator - Part-time
Seeking a candidate with great computer skills, interpersonal abilities and project coordination. Also willing to work with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as patients.
Responsible for administrative duties such as filing charts, taking phone calls and messages, scheduling appointments, making new charts and updating existing charts, keeping front reception area clean and supporting other staff members.
Patient Coordinator - Full-time and Part-time
Searching for a candidate with excellent computer skills, project coordination experience and interpersonal abilities. Also willing to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as patients.
Mainly in charge of meeting with prospective patients in person to guide them in making informed decisions in regards to surgery, along with taking consultation calls and messages, filling telephone intake records, scheduling appointments, documenting charts, coordinating outside office doctor's appointments and supporting other staff members.
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Full-time and Part-time
Looking for a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least two years of experience in PAC-U and patient care, along with strong interpersonal relations and flexibility. Also willing to work with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as patients.
Under Dr. Nikko and head nurse's supervision, LVN or LPN is accountable for all post-op patient care, operating room assistance, instrument sterilization, patient relations, supporting the other staff members and more. Also willing to work with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as patients.
